Management and Leadership Program

Course Description

This specialized program in Strategic Management and Leadership introduces the fundamentals of developing tools needed to analyses business situations, achieve organizational visions, and effectively lead people, teams, and organizations. Additionally, this series of sessions shall help learners to build a theoretical framework for leadership, in order to be capable of developing and applying strategies aiming at immediate influence. The program covers different topics, such as strategic management, human resources, leadership, etc. for sole proprietorships and/or different organizations/companies. By the end of the program, learners shall be able to prepare a capstone management and leadership plan where they could apply all learned concepts to a business situation.
